Ella was on her way back to the hotel, when some thugs snatched her purse which contained her phone.
Before she could raise alarm, they were already off from the scene….
And she was lost of what to do.
“Oh no…no…no…my contacts” she cried, remembering how stress it would be for her
So, she returned to the hotel and handed the drugs to Ignatius.
And noticing the sadness on her face, Ignatius asked her what was wrong, why she was looking sad.
And sadly, she narrated how her phone was snatched from her.
“Oh no! And it was all because of me”
“No sir, it was never your fault”
“Call me your account details” Ignatius requested, opening his bank mobile app
“For?” Ella asked, giving a questioning look
“My dear, I won’t feel better if I don’t remedy this. You lost your phone because I called you here. If you had been at your place, this wouldn’t happen. Call me your account details please, Ok?”
And Ella, already knowing a bit of the type of person he was, that he won’t take no for answer, she then called out her details for him.
And the man forwarded N150,000 to her
And amazed looking Ella appreciated him courteously, seeing the alert.
“Sir, you shouldn’t have gone this length, I really appreciate. Thank you so much”
“It’s nothing my dear. I should have done more, you know” he said
“It’s really enough, Sir. I appreciate”
“Do you mind if I have a picture with you? Atleast, to save the memory of the lady who saved my life”
And unsuspecting Ella gladly accepted, without knowing what was going on.
And Ignatius took some pictures, with Ella sitting close to him on the hotel bed, smiling for the camera.
“Thank you my dear, for granting me this request, it’s truly an honour meeting an angel like you”
“You are such a nice person, so I think the honour is mine”
Ignatius immediately forwarded the pictures to Mr Vincent, along with the receipts of the money he wired to her.
And in the same energy, he forwarded the details to Sylvester.
“Atleast you can confirm her name from the receipt. And these pictures as well, I believe you won’t be gullible enough to say, they were doctored”
And Siv viewed them, carefully going through them.
